The Polk City company just expanded its cleaning service to the Lakeland area and is offering a 10 percent discount on the first month of service. Average prices range from $40 per month for weekly visits to homes with one dog to $235 for four weekly visits to homes with five dogs. Cat owners pay from $12 per week for a weekly curbside exchange of one litterbox to $72 for thrice weekly exchanges of three litterboxes. The service is also available to single homes in Kathleen and Gibsonia and throughout Polk to apartment buildings, condos and other multi-family dwellings.
